Kalpana Anantaraman has over 20 years of experience in technology solutions and quality. She joined the company at the Atlanta, USA Headquarters in 2008. Kalpana returned to India in 2009 to lead the Avion Systems business in India as the CEO. Prior to joining Avion, Kalpana was with General Electric for 14 Years serving in Techno-Commercial, Six Sigma Black Belt and Leadership Roles for GE Energy and GE Infrastructure, USA. Kalpana has a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, USA and Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. She is a Black Belt Certified Professional in Lean Six Sigma.
Avion Systems India has been a WEConnect International Certified Woman Business Enterprise for several years. Kalpana was the winner of the “Fastest Growing Women’s Business Enterprise Award” at the inaugural WEConnect International Gala on March 30 2017 in Washington, DC.
